Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Present and promote products/services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

* Negotiate and close deals with clients effectively.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports using CRM software.

* Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Familiarity with MS Office.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
