Sales Representative

As an Automobile Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the sales team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them towards suitable vehicle options. - Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing details to customers. - Conduct test drives, explain the benefits of each vehicle, and address customer queries effectively. - Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. - Process sales documentation efficiently and collaborate with the finance department as needed. - Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business. - Meet monthly sales targets and actively participate in achieving team goals. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, it is advantageous, while a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Knowledge of automotive technology, financing options, CRM software, and digital sales tools will be beneficial for this role.
