Sales Representative

• Identify and engage with potential buyers through various sales and marketing channels (calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms)
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals professionally
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, client interactions, and sales conversions in CRM or tracking systems
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, property rates, and customer preferences
• Assist clients throughout the buying process including documentation, loan support, and after-sales support where needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales background (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software knowledge (preferred).
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
