Role & responsibilities 1. Understand clients property requirements, answer their questions, and provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process. 2. Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive properties to provide accurate insights to clients. 3. Act as the primary contact during negotiations, ensuring that both buyers' and sellers' interests are balanced to achieve successful transactions. 4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. 5. Represent the builder at the site in selling the Real Estate properties Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to handle negotiations effectively to secure favorable terms for clients. 2. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously. 3.
