Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Sales Expert to join our team. The role involves selling digital marketing services — including performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and lead generation solutions — to clients across industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
  • Engage with business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers to understand their goals and pain points.
  • Pitch customized digital marketing strategies — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing — based on client objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI-based presentations to convert leads into clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–6 years in selling digital marketing or advertising services (agency experience preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Results-driven with a hunter mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Confident in client presentations and digital campaign discussions.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
