1. Sales Representative
What You'll Do:
Engage with adventure‑loving clients, convert inquiries into trip bookings
Build relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and in‑office meetings
Upsell add‑ons—transport, meals, camping gear, guides, etc.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless trip delivery
Track leads, sales, customer feedback; report weekly to management
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years experience in travel sales, leisure, or related service industries
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Familiarity with Bengaluru terrain and weekend getaway destinations
Targets‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑obsessed
Comfortable working from our Bengaluru office full time
