Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2C environments, and will be adept at utilizing various sales techniques to achieve targets. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Must have own Bike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients.
• Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical sales support as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional efforts.
• Engage in cold calling to reach potential customers and expand the client base.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales environments.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct product demos effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a keen ability to close deals successfully.
