Sales Representative – Dealer Distributor

A sales Representative role requires a dynamic and results-driven candidate to drive revenue growth through allocated sales channels. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through allocated sales channels. This job demands the candidate to travel 15 to 20 days a month depending on the nature of the work like customer visits, sales support or new client business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and hardware shop owners.
• Present and promote products to stakeholders listed above, ensuring alignment with their production needs.
• Building sales channels or networks along with stakeholders, support and guide their teams as well bringing more sales for us.
• Study and understand dealer profiles to understand and cater to their needs accordingly.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong understanding of technical/industrial products.
• Experience in consultative selling and account management.
• Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Relationship Management & convincing skills.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing products and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace systems.
• Willingness to travel as per the sales territory.
