Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team focused on biotech products. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our biotechnological products to prospective clients and customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets for biotech products.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients and customers in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
  • Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of academic, biotech, CRO, and pharma accounts
  • Conduct virtual or in-person product presentations and demos for lab consumables, reagents, and equipment

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,345.74 - ₹24,009.70 per month
