Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to promote and sell our products/services by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with strong communication skills and a proven record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Engage customers, understand needs, and present solutions.
• Develop product expertise and deliver impactful presentations/demos.
• Negotiate, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Track activities and sales metrics in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Support teams for customer success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus with relationship-building ability.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools.

Preferred (Optional):

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Business development or industry-specific experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
