Your Role
As a Sales Calling Executive at Amazing Destinations, you will drive revenue by qualifying leads and closing sales of our comprehensive travel packages and services. You will:

  • Generate & Qualify Leads: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone and email to identify customer needs and match them with our offerings.
  • Present Solutions: Clearly articulate features and benefits of our packages—including flights, accommodations, transfers, visa assistance, and add‑on services—in a structured, consultative manner.
  • Negotiate & Close: Manage pricing discussions, handle objections professionally, and secure confirmed bookings to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Keep CRM data current—log all interactions, update customer profiles, and monitor pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate Internally: Coordinate closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of each travel itinerary and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target-Driven Outreach: Proactively call leads and past clients to generate qualified booking opportunities.
  • Storytelling & Rapport: Share detailed travel offerings—flights, hotels, visas—in a warm, conversational tone that resonates with tradition and inspires trust.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records; track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Follow-Up & Closure: Skillfully guide prospects through questions, overcome objections, and secure confirmed bookings.
  • Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with our operations and marketing teams to ensure client delight from inquiry to journey’s end.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of tele sales or customer‑facing sales experience (travel industry a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills: your voice must feel like a friendly guide on the other end of the line.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset: you thrive on targets, celebrate each win, and learn gracefully from every “no.”
  • Respect for tradition: you honor long‑standing relationships, personal touchpoints, and thoughtful service.
  • Tech‑savvy: comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital calendars.
