As a Salesperson for a telecommunications company in New Zealand, your main responsibilities will include: - Cold Calling: Generating leads and selling products/services through door-to-door visits in new residential areas - Sales Focus: Concentrating on achieving sales targets - Customer Assistance: Helping customers with any issues and providing clear information about products/services - Data Collection: Ensuring accurate capture of customer details during sign-ups - Communication: Clearly conveying terms and conditions changes and service information to customers - Product Knowledge: Informing customers about telecommunication, internet products, and other services provided by the company - CRM Usage: Using software to maintain customer queries and details for quality assurance purposes - Query Resolution: Addressing any product-related questions from customers - Sales Record Keeping: Documenting daily interactions, houses visited, and sales made Key Requirements for this role: - Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) - Willingness to travel to different regions for door-to-door sales, including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Northland, Hawkes Bay, and Gisborne - Physically fit and able to work 40 hours per week - 2 years of relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree in any field is required - Good communication skills, confidence, and a friendly demeanor - Positive attitude, pet-friendly, and comfortable with interacting with dogs - Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided - Compulsory secondary education is necessary - No criminal convictions Please note that the job offers full-time employment, 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday, with weekends being mandatory. The role does not include air tickets, flights, or permanent accommodation in Auckland, but the company will provide transportation, accommodation, and an iPad for work purposes.,
