Sales Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, your primary goal is to maximize the sales of the company's goods or services. You will be responsible for making powerful and successful sales presentations in various settings to secure profitable deals and referrals. Your role also involves identifying new markets and business opportunities to achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Independently achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment. - Identify potential customers, create, and close new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction. - Ensure member acquisition targets are met through various sources according to company norms. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections and cancellations, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. - Keep members updated on all recent updates from the organization. - Prepare sales proposals for prospective clients. - Liaise regularly with sales/pre-sales and member relations departments. - Identify new markets and business opportunities to provide unexplored avenues for growth. Qualifications Required: - Ability to perform independently. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. - Sound knowledge about the local market and language. - Strong communication skills.
