Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and well-structured quotations based on client requirements.
  • Understand products/services thoroughly to provide correct pricing and options.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide updates.
  • Follow up with clients on shared quotations to support lead conversion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement) to ensure correct information.
  • Update and maintain quotation records, pricing sheets, and client communication logs.
  • Handle client queries politely and professionally through calls, emails, or messages.
  • Prepare comparison sheets, proposals, and supporting documents when needed.
  • Ensure all quotations meet company standards, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing timely support and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
