Job Description

As a Sales Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring sales calls, meetings, and communications to ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, and quality standards. You will develop QA standards and guidelines to maintain standardized processes for evaluating sales performance and ensuring consistent quality in sales interactions. Additionally, you will provide coaching, feedback, and training to sales representatives to improve sales skills, customer service quality, and adherence to processes. Analyzing sales performance metrics, customer interactions, and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement will be a key part of your role. You will collaborate closely with sales managers and team leaders to address performance issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance team effectiveness. Continuous assessment and improvement of sales processes, tools, and strategies to maximize efficiency and sales outcomes will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and addressing customer complaints related to sales processes or interactions, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up, will be crucial. You will ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards while maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism within the sales process. Assisting in the integration of automation tools and software that help improve the sales quality assurance process will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in sales quality assurance, sales operations, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. A proven track record of managing and improving sales performance and quality in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential. Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer interactions, and quality assurance methodologies is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams effectively, are important for success in this role. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs, as well as the ability to analyze data for actionable insights, will be beneficial. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and quality monitoring tools (e.g., call monitoring, reporting software) is preferred. You should also have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.,
