Sales Promotor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and usage.
• Perform live product demonstrations to generate interest and drive sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain an appealing and organized product display at the store/booth.
• Distribute product samples, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
• Report daily sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a sales promoter, brand ambassador, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‐focused with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
