Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Sales Promoter to represent Aspect Bullion & Refinery Pvt. Ltd. at retail locations. The candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, engaging with customers, and supporting sales of bullion and related products.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and explain bullion products (gold, silver, coins, bars, etc.) to customers in retail outlets.Engage with walk-in customers and provide accurate product information.Maintain an attractive product display, visual merchandising, and branding at the counter.Achieve daily/weekly sales and engagement targets.Track customer inquiries and share insights with the sales team.Maintain stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.Build healthy relations with store staff to enhance brand presence.Provide feedback on customer preferences, product demand, and market competition.Support any in-store promotions, festive activations, or marketing campaigns.

Requirements
Experience in sales/promotionspreferably in jewellery, bullion, luxury retail, or FMCG.Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality.Ability to understand and explain bullion-related products.Comfortable working in retail store setups across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.Ready to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off.
