Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Promoter who will be responsible for promoting our cosmetics products and driving sales in retail stores across India.

Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate cosmetics products in retail stores
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty
Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends
Ensure proper merchandising and stock levels in retail stores
Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the management team

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in sales promotion or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
