About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Rural Promoters to join our field sales team. In this role, you will interact with customers in rural areas, drive product awareness, generate activations, and achieve monthly sales targets. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident, target-oriented, and willing to earn attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate MNP (Port-in) activations and New/Fresh activations in assigned villages.Educate customers on product plans, benefits, and offers.Drive awareness and conversions through field visits, camps, and local engagement activities.Maintain daily reporting and achieve assigned monthly targets.Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to company guidelines.

Compensation Structure

Example:Base Salary (Slab-based)

Gross 125 + MNP 50 = ₹11,500Gross 175 + MNP 75 = ₹15,000Gross 200 + MNP 90 = ₹20,000
