Job SummaryThe In-Store Promoter will be the frontline brand representative, responsible for engaging customers within the retail environment to drive sales and create awareness for A. O. Smith Water Purifiers/Water Heaters and Cuckoo Home Appliances (e.g., purifiers, cookers). This role requires a strong sales-driven attitude, exceptional product knowledge, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned products (Water Purifiers, Water Heaters, and Cuckoo Appliances). Actively approach and engage potential customers in the store to understand their needs and promote the relevant product line. Effectively influence customer purchasing decisions by highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Secure final sales, process transactions (if required), and ensure accurate documentation. 2. Product Demonstration & Expertise: Become a product expert for both A. O. Smith and Cuckoo, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all specifications, features, technology (e.g., RO/UV purification, water heating tech, Cuckoo's unique appliance features), pricing, and promotional offers. Conduct compelling, interactive, and informative product demonstrations to showcase functionality and ease of use. Clearly articulate the unique selling propositions (USPs) of each brand and model. Handle customer queries and objections professionally, providing accurate, technical, and relevant solutions.
