Sales Promoter

Role Overview: As a Sales Promoter, your primary responsibility will be to increase product sales and enhance brand awareness by engaging potential customers, demonstrating products, answering inquiries, and offering samples in retail or event environments. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with passers-by to generate interest and introduce products. - Product Demonstration: Showcase and explain product features and benefits to customers, often providing complimentary samples. - Information & Persuasion: Address customer queries, compare products with competitors, and convince customers to consider purchasing. - Brand Building: Foster a positive brand image and elevate brand recognition for the promoted products or services. - Sales Management: Strive to meet daily and monthly sales targets, monitor sales metrics, and manage customer databases. - Display & Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail stores or event booths. - Reporting: Gather and report customer feedback and sales data to sales and marketing teams or management. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles would be advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for maintaining product displays and managing sales data. - Flexibility to work full-time and in-person at various retail or event locations.
