Job Purpose To oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate books of accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support the financial operations of the apparel manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, sales, expenses, payroll, etc.) Maintain ledgers, journals, and vouchers in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliation Track fabric, trims, and garment inventory and support costing Prepare and process GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory filings Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow statements, and petty cash management Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and debit/credit notes Manage salary processing, reimbursements, and subcontractor payments Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits and year-end closing Prepare MIS reports, profitability statements, and cost analysis Support management with budget planning and financial forecasting Maintain records for export/import documentation (if applicable) Ensure financial data confidentiality and timely reporting Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred) 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the garment/export/manufacturing sector Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS, and labour compliances Strong understanding of production costing and stock management Key Attributes Detail-oriented and accurate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Integrity and professionalism Ability to meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Compensation Salary based on experience + performance-linked benefits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
