Job Description

Sales Officer

This is a field-oriented role suited for candidates with hands-on FMCG sales (dairy field) experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Convert leads into confirmed sales.
Visit retail outlets and maintain distributor / retailer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and coverage goals.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

Minimum qualification:
Plus Two (+2) or above.
3–6 years of experience
in FMCG sales (field sales preferred).
Must own a
two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Familiarity with Kochi market is an advantage.
