Role Sales Promoter is responsible for selling Cocoguru products (coconut oil and fried snacks) directly to consumers at a crowded area like super market or function stall by showing samples and explaining them ResponsibilityParticipation at events with a stall by fully setting it up Sales of coconut oil and fried snacks directly to consumers Management of assets like stocks, cash, marketing collaterals, stalls etc Give information to visitors about the product and availability Pass leads to management for further developing them Tasks and ActivitiesPromote products at Supermarkets at Puttur and surroundings like Mangal Stores and Reliance Promote products at restaurants at highways like Samudra, KT Promote products at dry fruits, spice, organic shops like Lahari, Athiti, Marike etc Promote products at functions like marriage halls, temples, festivals Identify locations, festivals, events to promote Take the complete setup of kiosk, stock, cash box and collaterals to the location Attract customers to our stall to walk in Present various products like coconut oil, coconut oil fried snacks and sweets Show Value, handle objections, take suggestions from customers Collect leads for further business, inform availability at their places Collect feedback and pass it on to the management Sell products, collect payment, issue change, issue invoice Manage stock levels, display, freshness Adjust timings to be available when customers are around like evening and nights Report to Sales Manager, work with local Sales Officer MeasurementSales Value Time spent in the market Unwanted expenses – stock loss, cash loss, expiry, discounts Leads collected and converted Impact on overall sales of fried snacks and store level sales QualificationsEducation – PUC Experience – 2+ years in Sales roles Gender – Male Age – 21 to 45 Location – Puttur Language – Tulu, Kannada Traveling – Own 2 wheeler, riding auto is an advantage Phone – Smart Phone with Andriod OS KnowledgeInventory Management Cash handling SkillsPersonal Selling Listening Clear communication Personal TraitsSoft spoken Belief in product sold Physical fitness Extrovert Working Conditions9 hours per day Sunday working, one weekday holiday 10 am to 7 pm, work may extend on a few days CompensationFixed Salary defined in terms of CTC - ` 18,000 Incentives - ` 3,000 per month on achieving 100% of the monthly target, proportionally above 90% of the target Traveling expenses at ` 3 per km Daily Allowance of ` 75 per day ESI, PF as applicable Paid Leaves Introduction to CocoguruCocoguru are manufacturers of pure coconut oil from Puttur. Varieties of coconut oil like Roasted and Cold Pressed are made. They are suitable for cooking and available in consumer packs like pouch, bottles and cans. Oil fried snacks like Banana Chips, Murukku, Nippattu etc are made from coconut oil and sold in pouches. Manufactured at a modernised unit at Kallarpe, Puttur distributed in general stores and super markets at coastal and malnad districts of Karnataka and Bengaluru city. Products are also sold in major ecommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart and Jiomart all over India.
