Sales Promoter

1.5 Degrees is seeking a passionate and outgoing Sales Promoter to help expand our brand presence across retail outlets, events, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in direct customer interaction, product demonstrations, and sales promotions.

This is a Delhi-based on-ground role and requires someone who can represent the brand with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote 1.5 Degrees products at retail counters, pop-ups, events, and samplings.
• Engage with customers to explain the brand story, product benefits, and current offers.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, sampling, and effective communication.
• Ensure brand visibility through correct placement of display materials and merchandising.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team based on customer interaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team lead.
• Maintain inventory count and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the kiosk/counter.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales promotion, FMCG, or retail customer engagement.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable working on the field, at events or inside retail outlets.
• Energetic personality and a go-getter attitude.
• Should be based in Delhi and ready to travel within city limits.
