Cocoguru Coconut Industries Private Limited is a manufacturer of pure coconut oil in various forms, including roasted, cold press, and virgin. The company operates a modernized production unit in Puttur and offers its products as edible oil and hair oil in pouches, bottles, and cans. Cocoguru products are widely available in general stores across the coastal Karnataka districts of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, and Kodagu, as well as on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Promoter located in Mangalore taluk. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include demonstrating product features, conducting promotional activities, and providing customer service. The Sales Promoter will also assist in maintaining product displays and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Promotion
Familiarity with Operating Systems
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively
Previous experience in retail or promotional roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
