1. Customer Engagement Greet customers and build rapport. Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget. Provide information about different car models, features, pricing, and financing options. 2. Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date on all current vehicle models, trims, features, specifications, and promotions. Explain technical aspects in a simple and persuasive manner. Offer comparisons between models and competitors when needed. 3. Sales Process Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance. Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options. Prepare and review sales contracts and documentation. Follow dealership processes for closing sales. 4. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems. Prepare necessary paperwork for sales, registration, and vehicle delivery. Coordinate with finance and insurance departments. 5. After-Sales Service Follow up with customers after purchase for satisfaction and relationship-building. Address any post-sale concerns or service needs. Encourage referrals and repeat business. 6. Team Collaboration Coordinate with managers, finance officers, and service staff. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. 7. Sales Targets Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Track personal performance and improve conversion rates.
