1. Domain & Functional ExpertiseProven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and performance levers.Expertise in end-to-end supply management covering product roadmap, demand & supply planning, rebates, inventory management, and resolution of customer issues.Ability to drive demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply, using customer collaboration and data insights (sales strategies, market conditions, production planning, inventory, consumption, sales-out data, competition landscape).Hands-on experience in business operations support for cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Business Units, Category Sales, Geo/Country/Territory organizations).
Proficiency in demand and supply management, including long-term demand forecasting, product transition planning, and providing supply guidance to customers.
Experience in product pricing support to address competitive dynamics and support business-winning strategies.2. Process, Systems & Data ManagementSkilled in driving continuous improvements across systems, tools, business processes, and reporting.Ability to work with internal teams to ensure customer and sales data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.Strong capability in pipeline tracking, data analysis, and customer business analysis, leveraging insights to optimize opportunities.

Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Competence in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks in sales, supply, and customer behavior.Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, ensuring both long-term impact and immediate value delivery.4.
