Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical Sales Operations

Associate to support our revenue-generating teams. In this role, you will ensure data

integrity, streamline sales processes, and provide actionable insights that drive the success

of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. By maintaining accurate data, enhancing workflows,

and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in improving sales

performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Your

contributions will directly impact sales growth, team productivity, and the effective execution

of GTM initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Data Integrity & Tool Management

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g.,

Sales Engagement platforms, Gong, Confluence, Google Docs).

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality

and operational effectiveness

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other tools to

track campaign progress, identify trends, and measure team success.

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales

performance.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Support and optimize sales workflows, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date sales processes, procedures, and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve lead qualification

processes, evaluate campaign performance, and enhance overall sales

effectiveness.

Tool Administration

  • Perform basic administration tasks and onboarding for key sales tools (e.g.,

Salesforce, Sales Engagement platforms, Gong, Dialpad).

Performance Analysis & Project Support

  • Assist with ad hoc analyses, variance reports, and other performance assessments

against key metrics.

  • Support day-to-day problem resolution and continuous efficiency improvements.

Sales Planning & Compensation

  • Assist with sales planning, territory design, and the development of compensation

plans to align with company goals.

Enablement & Training

  • Support enablement initiatives, including onboarding new sales team members and

facilitating training programs for GTM teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and experience in Sales Operations,

business strategy, or process improvement.

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Google Docs and strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools and creating/optimizing sequences.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • End-to-end project management experience.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
