Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title:

Location: Bangalore/Noida

Working Hours- 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with sales and finance to set QRF for the business
•         Territory assignment and managing Book of Business
•         Reconciling orders, ensuring the correct rep is aligned to orders based on the territory in place, account assignment, value etc.
•         Attrition analysis and Outreach management
•         Pipeline reporting & forecast management
•         Ad hoc reporting requests
•         Reporting on attainment for compensation purposes
•         Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate payouts to reps
•         Document processes and operating procedures
•         Manage & own internal customers, stakeholder, deliverables and timelines
•         Perform UAT/PAT for system enhancements
•         Strong project management skills
•         Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at times

Must have skills:

Experience working in sales operations

Sales comp calculation in SaaS environment

Quota/Target setting for sales and governance

Territory management for fast evolving environment

Excellent presentation skills

Good reporting skills through Excel, Power Bi and Tableau

Nice to have skills: Analytics, Multi tasking, Ability to analyze and optimise sales processes.
