About Us
Ayisha’s Food Products is a fast-growing FMCG company delivering high-quality food products to customers across Kerala. We are expanding in Kozhikode and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Officer to strengthen our distributor network and boost B2B sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
• Support and monitor distributor performance to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, reporting to the North Territory Manager.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Ensure timely collection of distributor payments.
• Conduct regular market visits to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, with experience in distributor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively in Kozhikode.
• Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
• Candidate with 2 wheeler preferred
• Candidate with immediate joining preferred
