Sales Officers/ Assistant Sales Manager – Male.

We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Officer / Assistant Sales Manager for our Kochi Office in Ernakulam District to consult with homeowners, explain our Construction and Interior packages, and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the face of the firm, guiding clients through the entire consultation process — from initial inquiry to project onboarding — ensuring a smooth, professional, and satisfying customer experience. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their construction and interior needs, and promoting our business solutions. Candidates should be confident, customer-friendly, and willing to travel across Kerala for client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Research, identify, and connect with prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable interior design solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Convert qualified leads into customers through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Project Sales, or B2C/. B2B Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market research and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus).
• Consultative, customer-first sales approach.
• Target-driven with a high ownership mindset.
• Must have 2/ 4-wheeler licence with 2 wheeler.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, along with the best-in-industry performance-based incentives. Travelling Allowance will be provided.
