Job Description

The role will require you to meet targets, identify new sources within the assigned geography, and maintain strong relationships with these sources. By achieving efficiency in your designated geography and with your sources, you will contribute to reaching the company's productivity goals. You will be responsible for mapping out the area and geography assigned to you. This will involve regularly updating lane-to-lane and area mapping with the guidance of your supervisor. It is crucial to identify and inform your reporting manager of any new sources found in your allocated area during team huddles. In terms of Source Relationship Management, you will be tasked with maintaining positive relationships with all assigned and identified sources within your geography. This includes understanding the potential of each source and ensuring the expected levels of LSR, SLR, and MS are met. Additionally, you should be proficient in using tools that can help enhance these relationships and ratios. Keeping accurate reports related to sales and activities is another key aspect of the role. You must maintain these reports in the specified format and update your daily diary with activities conducted. This requires knowledge of the various reports to be maintained, the ability to capture data correctly, and understanding how to utilize the diary effectively. You will also be involved in the recruitment of channel partners. This involves identifying potential partners, understanding the BSA empanelment process, and ensuring that selected partners meet the defined norms and categories. Attendance at daily team huddles is mandatory, following the established process. You should be familiar with the daily morning huddle process and be able to provide data in the required format based on business needs. Enhancing customer experience through relationship building is another crucial aspect of the role. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with customers, selling products and services effectively, understanding KYC and legal documentation, using sales kits, analyzing credit documents for eligibility, and addressing customer objections. Behavioral competencies such as interpersonal skills, planning abilities, and selling skills are essential for success in this role. Interpersonal skills are key for effective customer and source management, planning skills are needed for geography mapping and sales management, and selling skills are essential for improving conversions and handling customer objections. Creativity, a service-oriented mindset, and logical reasoning are additional competencies that would be beneficial for this role.,
