Sales Officer - Surgical Product Sales

Role Overview: You will be working as a Surgical Sales Executive at Rada Medisolutions in Alappakkam, Chennai. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell the surgical products range through pharma retail outlets in Chennai. Building strong relationships with pharmacy outlets, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell surgical products to pharmacies in assigned territories. - Regularly visit pharmacy outlets to build strong customer relationships. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters. - Educate pharmacy staff on product features and benefits. - Collect market feedback and share insights with the marketing and sales teams. - Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred, not mandatory) or 12th pass with relevant experience. - 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or surgical products. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork efficiently. - Familiarity with Chennai's geography and pharmacy network is a plus. - Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.,
