We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive Home Loan sales ( PRIME ) by sourcing new business, building relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
Identify, source, and secure new Home Loan customers through direct sales, references, and market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property dealers, connectors, and DSA channels.
Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to prospective customers.
Ensure timely login and processing of applications with proper documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets as per the business plan.
Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., insurance, top-up loans).
Maintain and update daily reports on leads, prospects, and closures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
