Role Overview

Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the
HoReCa customer base
(hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutions) in Hyderabad.
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase heads, and decision-makers.
Conduct
product demos, tastings, and promotional activities
to increase acceptance and brand visibility.
Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply and timely deliveries.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Consistently achieve assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Maintain accurate sales data, prepare reports, and share forecasts with management.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in HoReCa sales within the frozen food industry (mandatory).
Strong local client network in Hyderabad’s HoReCa market.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business expansion.
