We’re Hiring: Sales Officer / Sales Manager

Locations: Delhi

WeShare is expanding, and we’re looking for sales professionals who understand the travel industry and know how to build strong B2B partnerships.

What you’ll handle:

• Build and grow B2B partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, and other key partners

• Identify new business opportunities and widen our regional client base

• Visit clients regularly and deliver engaging presentations

• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed targets

• Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat and long-term business

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements

• Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with operations

• Share timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with management

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the travel and tourism industry (mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to travel extensively

• Confident negotiator with strong networking abilities

• Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive

• Good understanding of travel products, destinations, and tourism trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)

• Proficient in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a plus
