Sales Officer – Distribution Network Development (Loan Products)

Location: Balasore District, Mayurbhanj District, Kendujhar – Odisha, Varanasi, Deoghar, East & West Singhbhum

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Officer to expand and strengthen our loan product distribution network. The role focuses on primary sales through onboarding new Distributors & Super Distributors and driving secondary sales via loan product sourcing such as:

•Personal Loans (PL)

•Business Loans (BL)

•Loan Against Property (LAP)

•Home Loans

The candidate will conduct regular market visits, train and support channel partners and ensure smooth sourcing & documentation.

Responsibilities

Primary Sales: Onboarding new Distributors & Super Distributors.

Secondary Sales: Generating loan business through channel partners (PL, BL, LAP, HL).

Support channel partners in documentation, compliance, and customer onboarding.

Coordinate with Area Sales Manager for sales planning & target achievement.

Requirements

•Graduate in any discipline.

•1–2 years of experience in field sales / distribution development / BFSI preferred.

•Knowledge of retail loan products (PL, BL, LAP, HL) will be an advantage.

•Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.

•Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

•Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:* ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,00,000 per annum

Travel Expense:Reimbursement as per company policy
