Location - Ghaziabad/Kanpur/Lucknow/Prayagraj/Varanasi Designation - Sales Officer Key Responsibilities: Visi Cooler Management: Responsible for end-to-end management of visi coolers including deployment, upkeep, tagging, asset tracking, and coordination for repairs or replacements. Stock Supply & Range Selling: Ensure regular and adequate stock supply of all VAP (Value-Added Products) in every assigned outlet. Drive range selling to maximize SKU availability and increase throughput. In-Shop Display Execution: Ensure proper in-shop product display, promotional material placement, and cooler branding as per company standards to enhance visibility and consumer engagement. Outlet Activation & Sales Monitoring: Monitor outlet activity to ensure consistent stock lifting. Track sales to ensure each outlet meets the monthly sales targets as specified. New Outlet Identification: Identify and activate new retail outlets suitable for visi-cooler placement, adhering to the infrastructure and volume standards set by company. Beat Plan Execution: Execute and optimize beat plans to ensure full market coverage. Coordinate with the distribution and field sales teams to resolve on-ground challenges and ensure smooth daily operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with distributor sales representatives and the NIF field team to drive aligned execution, ensure product availability, and resolve trade issues efficiently. Job Requirements: 4 years + of relevant experience in asset management, preferably in the beverage, dairy, or cold chain products industry. Hands-on experience in managing visi-coolers or cold assets in a field role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management. Working knowledge of ERP systems and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with a strong focus on execution, productivity, and result orientation. Local Address employee will be given preference.
