Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Officer based in Jalandhar, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, generating leads, fostering customer relationships, and handling channel sales. The Sales Officer is expected to implement strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Knowledge of and experience in Channel Sales for expanding networks and improving distribution channels
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing business needs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is an added advantage
