Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting and selling Paints & Putties products to dealers, distributors, and other interested parties. Your key focus will be on implementing promotional activities, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with project partners. As a Channel Sales professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will need to recommend company products, finalize orders, resolve client queries, and identify new projects in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Paints & Putties products to dealers, distributors, and interested parties - Implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing project partners - Recommend company products to clients, finalize orders, and resolve client queries - Cover assigned areas/territories to identify new projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Channel Sales - Good communication and selling skills - Experience in Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry (3-4 years preferred) - MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree - Result-oriented, presentable, and fluent in English and local language - Experience in handling Primary and Secondary Sales - Proactive and self-driven approach with market knowledge of the particular zone Additional Details: In addition to the fixed CTC, you will be eligible for incentives and travel allowance based on performance.,
