Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Pitching

  • Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Ads, etc.) and software products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Customize solutions as per client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a key point of contact.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services and software features.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies for new markets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing & software trends.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM and track client interactions.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams for project delivery.
