1. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers, explain product benefits, and close sales effectively.
2. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of our products, such as adult diapers, masks, PPE kits, and wet wipes, to answer customer questions accurately.3. Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiation.4. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.5. Goal-Driven Attitude: Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.6. Adaptability: Ability to adjust sales strategies based on changing customer needs and market trends.7. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and reporting systems for tracking performance.
