Attention to Detail: Ability to identify small defects and inconsistencies that could affect product quality. 2. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze production samples and determine quality issues. 3. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production processes, industry standards, and product specifications relevant to adult diapers, masks, PPE kits, and wet wipes. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in documenting inspection results and generating quality reports, crucial for maintaining audit trails. 5. Communication Skills: Clear communication with production teams to ensure quality standards are upheld.6. Familiarity with ISO Standards: Knowledge of quality management and ISO compliance to align with organizational policies. 7. Ability to Use QC Tools: Proficiency in tools such as calipers, micrometers, or other measuring devices to ensure product accuracy.
