Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build distributor network, maintain relationships, and ensure sales targets (Primary & Secondary) are achieved.
Conduct field visits to retailers & distributors, resolve issues, and monitor stock & payments.
Drive consumer awareness through promotional activities and ensure smooth market coverage.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of experience in sales (minimum 2 years in FMCG channel sales preferred).
Strong in relationship building, follow-ups, negotiation & problem-solving.
Team-oriented with proven ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
