Sales Officer

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process. - Maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and neighborhood information. - Preparing and presenting property listings, conducting property showings, and open houses to potential buyers. - Negotiating purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties through online listings, social media, and open houses. - Facilitating the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
