Sales Officer

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets from assigned counters and appointing new dealers to expand the market presence of SRI LANGTA BABA STEELS (P) LIMITED products. Additionally, you will work closely with distributors to ensure seamless supply and sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the assigned sales budget - Manage collections efficiently with a smart Days of Sales (DOS) approach - Identify and develop new areas of white spaces for effective product placement - Drive growth in market share by actively promoting SRI LANGTA BABA STEELS (P) LIMITED products - Act as either a Primary Sales Officer (focused on dealers) or a Secondary Sales Officer (focused on sub-dealers) - Ensure strong relationships and smooth operations with the dealer and sub-dealer network Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or steel industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work closely with distributors and dealers to drive growth - Two-wheeler is mandatory - Must be smart with good communication in both the local language and English Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the building material industry is preferred - Industry Type: Iron and Steel - Role/Designation: Sales Officer - Functional Area: Dealer and Distribution Management - Qualification: MBA/BBA in Marketing, any Graduate, or any Postgraduate - Compensation: As per industry standards Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Food provided - Provident Fund Please note that the work location is in person and the application deadline is 31/10/2025.,
