Candidates should have strong international market exposure and a proven track record with 10 to 20 years of experience in Tea Exports. Head Sales & Marketing (Sourced Teas) (Based in Siliguri) To lead sales of bought leaf teas, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive volumes in the range of 510 million kgs. Senior Sales & Marketing Professional Private Sales To head our private sales vertical and grow Private Sales of CTC & Orthodox teas with a view to maximise profitability through strategic customer management and channel development. Candidates should have proven track record of 10 to 20 years in Tea Sales. Senior Sales & Marketing Professional Darjeeling Teas To lead sales and marketing of our prestigious Darjeeling teas across domestic and export markets. Candidates should be adept at Tea Tasting, Sales and Quality Control of Darjeeling Teas.
