Sales Officer Decorative Paints & Putties Sales & Marketing

As a Sales and Marketing professional at our company, your main role will be to promote and sell our Paints & Putties products to dealers, distributors, and other interested parties within the community. You must have at least 3 years of experience in handling Channel Sales and be able to implement all promotional activities effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets. - Creating healthy relations with new and existing project partners to encourage them to recommend our products to clients. - Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients. - Learning and resolving clients" queries, ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects. - Covering the assigned areas/territory and identifying new projects. - Utilizing good communication and selling skills to excel in your role. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry. - Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Any Graduate. - Result-oriented on a daily/monthly basis. - Presentable and fluent in English and the local language. - Experience in handling Primary and Secondary Sales. - Proactive approach and self-driven. - Market knowledge of the particular zone is a must.
