Key Responsibilities

:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    :
  • Identify and target potential customers who require auto loans, through various channels such as referrals, partnerships, and direct marketing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the auto loan business.
  • Sales & Business Development

    :
  • Promote and sell

    auto loan products

    to prospective customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs.
  • Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits, interest rates, and loan terms.
  • Customer Acquisition

    :
  • Approach potential customers, evaluate their financial eligibility, and provide suitable loan solutions.
  • Ensure a high conversion rate of leads to loan applicants.
  • Loan Application Process

    :
  • Assist customers with the

    loan application

    process, including collecting required documentation and providing guidance on loan terms and eligibility.
  • Work closely with the

    credit and underwriting teams

    to ensure the timely processing and approval of loan applications.
  • Relationship Management

    :
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide personalized service to customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling

    :
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products such as insurance, extended warranties, or top-up loans.
  • Collaborate with other product lines and services within the organization to enhance sales.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    :
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands in the auto loan market.
  • Provide feedback to the management and marketing teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting

    :
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistency in meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, customer feedback, and loan disbursement status to management.
  • Customer Service

    :
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all stages of the loan process to maximize satisfaction and minimize complaints.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide updates on loan status promptly.
  • Compliance & Documentation

    :
  • Ensure all

    loan documents

    are collected, verified, and submitted according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards while processing loans and managing customer data.
